Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

• Some features require paid credit packs. Packs are one-time purchases: you pay once, there is no subscription, and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy another pack. You may buy any pack any number of times.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service and sold through Link, which acts as the merchant of record and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST. Prices shown exclude tax and may be shown in your local currency at checkout; any tax is calculated and shown before you pay.
• New accounts may receive a limited number of promotional credits at no cost. These credits expire after a fixed period, carry no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Credits from a paid pack are added to your account when your payment is confirmed and expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Credits that are closest to expiring are used first. Credits from separate purchases accumulate, each with its own expiry date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel.

• The Service uses AI to generate photos of your product, and optional ad captions, from a product page URL you provide or a product photo you upload.
• Product photos you upload or pick from your page are used solely as reference for generation. We keep them and the photos generated from them for up to 30 days, and we keep a text record of each photoshoot (including the prompts) to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Generated photos are AI-made images of your product, not photographs of it. By default, visible signs of use (such as dust, scuffs or a burnt wick) are shown as new. You are responsible for making sure that any photo you publish represents the product you actually sell accurately, including its condition.
• Generated content is provided “as-is.” You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring its legality and compliance with third-party platform rules before use.
• You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on others' rights.

• All branding, code, and non-user-generated assets in the Service are owned by us.
• You retain rights to content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs.
• You must not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the Service's underlying technology.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service, including indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails (account confirmations, credit notifications) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link included in each message.
